IF I RETURN MERCHANDISE, FOR HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?

We can process store credit refunds instantly for products that are gone back to our warehouse according to our return policy. The return shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund quantity.

WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING IN MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR MISSING?

LNT must get all exchanges and returns (including the replacements of missing out on or damaged products) within 30 days of the purchase date noted on your invoice.
